It was a Wacky Wednesday at the Grade School to celebrate Red Ribbon Week.


Busy Fifth Grade Groups...weighing matter, building catapults, reading with the First Graders, and math squares.










Thank you to Hadley Hagler for making and donating four benches to the Beecher City School District. This is part of her project for the Girl Scout Gold Award.

The junior high and high school students started off Red Ribbon Week with Decades Day.

The 6th grade class participated in an egg dropping experiment in Mrs. Doedtman's class. They did an eggcellent job!




The Grade School kicked off Red Ribbon Week by wearing red.










Staff Spotlight:
We would like to introduce you to Mrs. Calame who teaches Special Education at the Grade School. This is her third year with the district.
Here is some information for you to get to know her.
Family: “Married to my husband, Kevin. We have two boys, Kaidyn (16) and Kaisyn (12). We have two dogs, a cat & very recently chickens!”
Mrs. Calame’s favorite color is pink, her favorite kind of music is Christian and her favorite sports team is the Chicago Cubs. In her free time, she enjoys camping.

Family: “My husband and I moved to Beecher City 4 years ago when we purchased our forever home. We have one daughter, Remi. We also have three dogs: Tinley, Trig, and Zero.”
Mrs. Rich's favorite color is blue, she enjoys listening to all kinds of music, and her favorite sports team is the St. Louis Cardinals . In her free time, she enjoys reading novels, exercising, and spending time outdoors with her family.

Reminder- Today ( Tuesday Oct. 17) and Thursday Oct 19th are 2:00 pm dismissal.
The senior class is selling fruit to raise funds for the senior trip. If you are interested in purchasing fruit, please contact a senior or Mr. Tarr or Mrs. Summers.


The Fourth Grade Class made smoothies using the greens from their grow tower.
