Beecher City Student Council members delivered popcorn to the Effingham County Health Department today along with a letter thanking the Health Department and its employees for everything they have done throughout the COVID pandemic.

The Beecher City Community Blood drive will be held a the High School. The blood drive is scheduled for Friday, March 26th from 2 pm to 5 pm.
All donors get a voucher for a pair of socks or $5 gift card. The gift card choices are:

HS boys basketball information for Friday 3/12 and Saturday 3/13:
Friday night the Bobcats will take on Mulberry Grove at Beecher City HS. It is varsity only. The game will start at 6:45 PM.
Saturday morning the Bobcats will play Ramsey at Beecher City HS. JV will start at 11:00 AM with varsity to follow.

Students have been playing corn hole in PE this week. Thanks to the Beecher City Parents Association for providing the supplies. Also, thanks to Anita Russell for making and donating the bags. Finally, thanks to Mr. Tarr and his classes for building the boards! A HUGE amount of teamwork went in this project and the students are loving the new PE activity!
Thanks to Officer Suckow, Mr. Eirhart and the Effingham County Sheriff Department for bringing the golf cart to the school today! The students had the opportunity to putt around in the parking lot.
